Origin Story

The Chonky Bird (formerly a Zebra Finch named Percival) was born with a rebellious spirit and an even more rebellious appetite. He watched his peers exhaust themselves flying to the southern hemisphere every year, only to fly back six months later, and decided it was a massive waste of energy. According to legend, on the day he reached peak "Chonk," he lost the ability to fly but gained the ability to orbit. Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Fees

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for voluntary returns and exchanges (change of mind, wrong size, etc.). We do not cover return shipping fees for personal reasons.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos or video proof.

We will cover all return shipping costs for quality issues, damaged goods and incorrect shipments. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible after verification.

Important Note for Plush Toys

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or design, please submit a return request first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order. For exchanges caused by personal reasons, the buyer shall bear all related shipping fees.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
