1. Where do you ship to?

Currently, we exclusively find homes for our Misfits in the United States. Shipping takes 7-14 business days.

2. What if my Misfit arrives injured (damaged)?

We provide a 100% Free Reshipment Guarantee. Just send a photo of the package and the item to jhluglycute@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Can I return my item?

Yes, but return shipping for non-quality issues is the buyer's responsibility. Please note that international return shipping can be expensive ($20-$30 USD). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Do they come with adoption certificates?

Yes! Every Misfit is registered with a unique ID in our sanctuary records.
