We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. You are required to provide valid proof of purchase (order number, registered email or payment record) when applying for returns.
Return Shipping Fees
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for voluntary returns and exchanges (change of mind, wrong size, etc.). We do not cover return shipping fees for personal reasons.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos or video proof.
We will cover all return shipping costs for quality issues, damaged goods and incorrect shipments. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Used, washed, stained or altered items
- Items that fail to meet the above original condition requirements
Important Note for Plush Toys
Minor color differences, loose threads or slight lint are normal characteristics of plush toys and do not count as quality defects. Returns for the above reasons will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or design, please submit a return request first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order. For exchanges caused by personal reasons, the buyer shall bear all related shipping fees.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us in advance via email: jhluglycute@gmail.com with your order details. We will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a notification of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your bank or card issuer’s processing speed.
